We ask that guests arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time to allow for consultation forms to be complete, and appointments to remain on schedule. Late arrival may compromise the length of your appointment and impact treatments. 


The health and wellbeing of our guests and team is always at the forefront of our practice. We ask that in the event of illness, you reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible. Additionally, we may ask for health conditions to be disclosed due to certain treatments needing to meet health criteria. 


To ensure that we are able to provide the best experience to each of our guests and create a calm and quiet environment, we ask that you attend your appointment alone. We also request that mobile phones be turned to silent on arrival. 


A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to secure your appointment. This may be redeemed at checkout post appointment or held on file to secure all future appointments. In the event of failing to show or late cancellation, this deposit may be deducted from your account. We ask that any cancellations are handled with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment time through direct contact to the salon.
